If Jaxson Dart wants to seek advice from a quarterback who has been in his shoes, he could be presented with a list containing more phone numbers than some little black books.
When the Giants fired Brian Daboll, Dart became the 18th quarterback out of 39 drafted in the first round since 2015 to have his head coach fired during or after his rookie season.
How much will that change stunt Dart’s development?
“It will only be disruptive to Dart if they bring in people who are over their heads,” one former NFL head coach told The Post. “It takes a village. The head coach, offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach all have to be on the same page and well-versed on how a quarterback should be trained.”
