Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://noti.group, its pages, feeds, newsletter and any related service (together, the "site"), operated by Noti Group ("Noti Group", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Use of the site
You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial information. You agree to use it lawfully and not to: interfere with its operation or security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it; use it to send spam, malware or unlawful content; impersonate Noti Group or any other person; or collect content or data from it in bulk by automated means except as allowed by our robots.txt file, our feeds or our public interface and its own terms. We may restrict or suspend access to anyone who breaches these Terms.
2. Our content and intellectual property
The site, its design, logos, trademarks and original content, including our investigations, are owned by Noti Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Content from other publishers, agencies and photographers belongs to them and is credited. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of these rights to you.
Our news stories are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0): other publications and anyone else may copy, republish, translate and adapt them, in whole or in part and also commercially, provided they credit Noti Group as the source with a link to the original story, and say if they changed it. The licence covers the text we write; it does not cover photographs, videos, logos and other material from third parties (credited with each story), our name and logo (no endorsement may be implied), or material we mark otherwise. Questions: [email protected].
3. News coverage, sources and automated content
Our news coverage brings together reporting from many sources, which each story names and links. Some news summaries are prepared with the help of automated writing tools from the published reporting of those sources and pass automated quality checks before publication. While we work to make every story accurate, summaries may not include every detail or later developments of the original reporting, which remains the authoritative account. If you believe a story is inaccurate, please tell us through our Contact page; we review every request.
4. No professional advice
Content on the site is published for general information only. It is not legal, medical, health, financial, investment, tax or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional about your own situation. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the site.
5. Accuracy and availability
News changes quickly. We work to publish accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee that the content of the site is complete, accurate, current or free from errors, and it may be updated, corrected or removed at any time. The site is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.
6. Links and third-party services
The site links to websites and services operated by others, including the original sources of our stories. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms, which apply to your use of them. A link does not mean that we endorse a site, its owner or its content.
7. Contributions, tips and feedback
If you send us information, documents, pictures, comments or other material, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law. You give Noti Group a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, edit and publish that material in connection with our journalism, subject to our duty to protect confidential sources. We are not obliged to publish anything you send us, and we may edit or remove contributions at our discretion.
8. Newsletter and feeds
Our newsletter is sent only to people who have confirmed their subscription and can be stopped at any time with the unsubscribe link in each issue. Our RSS, Atom and JSON feeds are provided for personal reading in feed readers and for linking to our stories; the conditions of use are explained on our RSS feeds page.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noti Group, its owners, staff, contributors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or, where applicable, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noti Group, its owners and staff from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Copyright complaints
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that material on the site infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure in our DMCA and copyright policy.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means that you accept the updated Terms.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Noti Group about the use of the site. They are governed by the law applicable at Noti Group's place of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and disputes will be submitted to the courts competent under that law.
