Just when you thought Pete Alonso’s Mets finale was over.

On Saturday, the Orioles’ new $155 million first baseman attended the wedding of Mets pitcher A.J. Minter, as chronicled in a series of Instagram Stories shared by Alonso’s wife, Haley.

Captioning one video, “Last Mets hoorah @ the Minter wedding,” Haley captured a group of guests raising their glasses during the festivities, which included cowboy hats.

Minter, who spent his first season with the Mets in 2025 and kept a 1.64 ERA over just 13 games, tied the knot with Anna Hardee after the nine-year hurler popped the question on Jan. 2.

Under a stunning walkway of candles leading to a flower archway, Minter got down on one knee and proposed to Hardee.

“I always dreamed of this day, but wasn’t sure if it was ever going to come honestly,” he wrote in an Instagram post. “God’s timing is always perfect though. I can firmly say I am the luckiest man in the world. I found my soulmate, my best friend, and the love of my life. Anna Machelle you are everything I ever wanted and you are everything that I needed. Cheers to 2025. I love you baby doll, and I can’t wait to marry you!”

Haley, who celebrated her fourth wedding anniversary with Alonso this past November, shared more footage from the starry affair, including a clip of Emma Henzes Kranick, the wife of Mets pitcher Max Kranick, on the dance floor.

Alonso was also seen in a candid conversation with another wedding guest sporting a cowboy hat.

The 31-year-old slugger put a cap on his time with the Mets this week after agreeing to a five-year deal with the Orioles.

Alonso was introduced in Baltimore on Friday following seven years in Queens.

He wrote a heartfelt goodbye message to the fan base, saying, “These last few years have shaped me in ways I’ll carry for the rest of my life.”

At his introduction in Baltimore, Alonso said he had “no hesitation” in jumping ship to take on a new challenge and adventure elsewhere.

noti.group’s Joel Sherman previously reported the Mets did not make a contract offer to Alonso “as it became clear to them that Alonso was getting bids for more dollars and years than in their comfort zone.”
