High-profile music publisher Arcade Songs is leaving midtown and expanding at 60 Charlton St., a new boutique office building in Hudson Square.

Arcade is headed by Grammy-nominated songwriter and producer Gregg Wattenberg.

The recording and writing studio works with the likes of John Legend, Dean Lewis and Enrique Iglesias.

Growing from just over 4,100 square feet at 587 Fifth Ave., Arcade’s new home will have 18,970 square feet at 60 Charlton St., a 98,000 square-foot, 12-story building owned by AEW Capital management in a joint venture with APF Properties and Drake Street Partners.

The owners were repped by a JLL team including vice-chairman Mitchell Konsker and executive managing director Benjamin Bass.

Arcade was repped by CBRE’s Alex D’Amario and Gary Davies.

Asking rents were in the $90s per square foot.

The building boasts a hotel-style lobby and outdoor roof deck. Konsker said the design and amenities let Arcade “seamlessly connect with clients and collaborators while tapping into the vibrancy of Greenwich Village, Soho and Tribeca.”
