WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. — The first practice of the John Harbaugh Era had ended, and there was a bare-chested Jaxson Dart tossing footballs to Malik Nabers.
The vision of the young Giants franchise quarterback having the chance to target the electric Go-To Guy he had on the field with him as a rookie for a mere 23 snaps makes Dart’s heart, and Harbaugh’s heart, and the hearts of all Giants fans, sing with joy, and allows all of them to dream, and dream big.
Nabers looked just fine running and cutting and catching in individual drills on a Giants field of dreams flanked by the scenic Allegheny Mountains.
Call it one small step for Malik … with hope for one Giant leap for Giantskind … to opening night against the Cowboys.
