Hulk Hogan’s son, Nick Hogan, revealed that his late father had left behind $5 million in assets, according to court documents filed after his death.

The documents, filed by the 35-year-old Tuesday and obtained by Us Weekly, additionally show that the WWE legend’s eldest child, daughter Brooke Hogan, was not listed as a beneficiary to his estate.

The wrestling icon, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died on July 24 at his Clearwater, Fla., home after he suffered from acute myocardial infarction and had a history of atrial fibrillation. He was 71.

Hulk Hogan’s son, Nick Hogan, revealed that his late father had left behind $5 million in assets, according to court documents filed after his death.

Nick — whom, along with Brooke, Hulk shared with his first wife Linda Hogan — filed new docs to be named co-personal representative of his father’s estate alongside Hogan’s financial advisor Terry McCoy on Sept. 9.

In paperwork seen by the outlet, Nick claimed his famous father executed a will in 2016 and amended it a total of four times, with the last adjustment taking place in July 2023.

The wrestler’s youngest child explained he filed a lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge in a desperate bid to block the release of his dad’s sex tape, as well as for other unspecified damages.

After needing a curator appointed to the estate, Nick enlisted the help of McCoy, who will handle the lawsuit.

Nick last week slapped Bubba, born Todd Clem, with a lawsuit over a planned documentary that he claimed infringed on the wrestler’s copyrights.

The doc was rumored to center around Hulk’s sex tape, which featured Bubba’s then-wife, Heather Clem.

Legal documents revealed that Nick was the only heir designated to inherit his father’s estate.

Hulk’s widow, Melanie Sky Daily, was acknowledged as the surviving spouse, while Brooke, for her part, was notably absent from the list of beneficiaries.

Brooke, 37, had reportedly asked to be removed from her father’s will in 2023 to avoid a financial battle following his death because she didn’t trust the people around Hogan.

Documents reveal that the wrestler left behind $200,000 in cryptocurrency, approximately $800,000 in personal and intellectual property, publicity rights valued at $4 million, and a potential medical malpractice lawsuit with an undetermined value.

However, Nick did not list his dad’s real estate portfolio in the documents. The court has since signed off on the request, appointing McCoy as the curator of Hulk’s estate.

The WWE legend was known to own two properties next to each other in Clearwater, totaling an estimated $11 million.

The Post has reached out to Hulk’s estate for comment.

Bubba, for his part, has responded to the lawsuit, saying “they’re suing the wrong people” as he claimed he doesn’t have ownership of the upcoming Hulk documentary.

“I don’t own any of it,” he said in a video shared on X. “You dumbass. Did you watch it? Do you realize your father is not portrayed in a bad light at all?”

Bubba added that the lawsuit is “just a bunch of garbage to me.”

“Nick, how much more money do you need buddy?” he went on. “You’re suing me. You’re suing me. Do you know the things I’ve done for you?”
