Penn State will face its first Big Ten opponent of the season in a rematch of last year’s conference title game when the Oregon Ducks come to town this evening.

In December 2024, the Oregon Ducks won the Big Ten Football Championship in a close 45-37 game against the Nittany Lions. Now, the Nittany Lions are ranked No. 3 in the country and coming off a bye week to their biggest test of the season so far after three big wins against non-conference opponents.

The Ducks, who haven’t had a bye week yet, are currently sitting at No. 6 with one Big Ten win under the belt following a Week 3 victory over Northwestern.
