All aboard the “Rock N Roll Train.”

Starting July 11, AC/DC will officially launch their ‘Power Up 2026 Tour’ with special guest The Pretty Reckless at stadiums all over North America.

That includes stops at East Rutherford, NJ’s MetLife Stadium on Friday, Sept. 25 and Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field on Tuesday, Sept. 29.

If you’d like to be there to rock out with the Aussie icons live, last-minute tickets are available for all 18 late summer ‘Power Up’ concerts.

At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on seats for any one show was $66 including fees on SeatGeek.

Prices start at $121 including fees including fees for the MetLife gig.

Make sure to use promo code NYPOST10 for $10 off purchases over $250 at checkout (Editor’s Note: this discount is only valid for users’ first purchase on SeatGeek).

These ‘Power Up’ concerts come in support of AC/DC’s 2020 album that shares a name with the tour. Prior to this upcoming run, Brian Johnson, Angus Young and co. took the well-received record on the road in ’24 and ’25.

While out and about, they often performed 20-22 songs per show.  Set List FM reported that they often delivered fan favorites T.N.T.,” “Back In Black,” “Highway to Hell,” “You Shook Me All Night Long” and “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap” in addition to a cut or two from “Power Up.”

As you might have guessed, fans were left “Thunderstruck.”

“AC/DC’s return to Chicago was a bold and triumphant, as they played a hard-hitting and unrelenting set to a sold-out crowd,” The Illinois Entertainer wrote in a review of a May 2025 concert at Chicago’s Soldier Field.

“Between the crowd’s upbeat energy, Johnson’s radiant optimism, and Young’s fiery shredding, everybody’s favorite rock band proved that their signature high-voltage rock ‘n’ roll is far from burning out.”

AC/DC new music

Way back in November 2020, AC/DC dropped “POWER UP.”

Their 17th studio album — comprised of 12 raucous, muscular, fist-pumping tracks — fits right in with the band’s unimpeachable canon.

For our money, this album’s guitar-heavy rockers like “Realize,” “Shot In The Dark” and “Wild Reputation” are on par with anthems like “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap” and “T.N.T.”

This is truly a “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” kind of record and we can’t get enough.

If you want to have your face melted off by the Aussie rockers once again, you can find “POWER UP” here.

Who are the band members in AC/DC in 2026?

Should you catch a ‘Power Up’ ’26 show, here’s who you’ll likely see melting your face from the stage.

Angus Young lead guitar, occasional backing vocals (1973–present)
Brian Johnson lead vocals (1980–2016, 2018–present)
Stevie Young rhythm guitar, backing vocals (2014–present; touring 1988)
Matt Laug drums (2023–present)
Chris Chaney bass guitar (2024–present)

*As of now, there’s no word on the band’s U.S. lineup.

Who’s opening for AC/DC on tour in 2026?

At all shows, AC/DC will be joined by The Pretty Reckless.

Formed in 2009, the hard rockin’ group is fronted by Taylor Momsen and known for megahits like “Heaven Knows” and “Make Me Wanna Die.”

If you want to hear them for yourself, you can find The Pretty Reckless’ complete discography here.

Hard rockers on tour in 2025-26

Can’t wait to rock?

That’s totally cool. We can’t either.

So, since you got this far, we did you a solid and found that many of the heaviest, hardest acts around are slated to shred all over North America in the very near future.

Here are just five of our absolute favorites you won’t want to miss live this summer and fall.

• RUSH

• Foo Fighters

• Iron Maiden

• Mötley Crüe

• Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening

Plus, you won’t want to miss Metallica’s ‘Life Burns Faster’ Las Vegas Sphere residency. They’ll be at the eye-popping venue from October through March 2027.
