Dolphins fans aren’t the only ones campaigning for a coaching change after Miami was routed by the Ravens, 28-6, on “Thursday Night Football” at Hard Rock Stadium.

Former Pro Bowl offensive lineman Richie Incognito Jr., who played for Miami from 2010-13, said it’s time for team owner Stephen Ross to blow the whole thing up.

“I’ve seen enough,” Incognito posted on X after the Dolphins fell to 2-7.

“This team’s quit on Mike McDaniel. Time for Mr. Ross to clean house and reset the culture.”

Incognito is famous for his role in the Dolphins’ 2013 Bullygate scandal, where he was the alleged ringleader of the hazing of teammate Jonathan Martin.

Incognito never played for McDaniel, who began his Miami tenure in 2022.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport said during Prime Video’s pregame show that “it’s safe to say Mike McDaniel’s job status is firmly up in the air, on the hot seat as they say.”

Rapoport, who said Ross likes McDaniel and still believes him him, explained that the coach will be evaluated on how the players respond to him in the locker room.

“Do they keep playing for him, or do they not, and do you see it? That is doing to determine whether he keeps his job,” Rapoport said.

Just last week, Rapoport said Ross had no plans on making a coaching change and wants to go forward with McDaniel following the Dolphins’ 31-6 blowout loss to the Browns in Week 7.

The Dolphins’ self-inflicted mistakes cost them early in Thursday night’s loss.

Miami’s only points came via Riley Patterson’s field goals of 49 and 43 yards, respectively.

The Dolphins’ defense also had no answers for Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson, who threw for 204 yards and four touchdowns in his return.

Jackson missed the last three games with a right hamstring injury.

The Dolphins were booed by the home crowd as they left the field.

“Yeah, personally, you want to dictate the terms. You want to fix stuff, and yeah, it sucks. That sucks,” McDaniel said after the game.

“All of that does. But I think it’s a pretty consistent formula of fans enjoy winning and so our expectation is that we have to do the work and do the right things for fans to enjoy the experience and unfortunately, we didn’t do that tonight, so we got to get back to work to give them something to cheer about.”

The Dolphins host the Bills (5-2) in Miami next Sunday.
