A McDonald’s drive-thru worker was busted for being rude by her own mother.

The now-viral TikTok video showed a cheeky mom pulling up to the service window of a local McDonald’s and jokingly demanding to speak to the manager.

“I said I’d like to speak to your manager, you’re rude taking my order. That’s not how you do customer service,” the mother, Neesa Red, said.

The astonished daughter giggles as she realizes the complaining customer is her very own mother.

The daughter, who is clad in McDonald’s gear, asks her mother to pay $14.06 for her order.

“I’d like to speak to your manager,” the mother repeated.

But Red’s daughter wouldn’t relent, saying: “$14.06.”

“You were rude as hell taking my order,” Red told her daughter.

“That’s not how you do customer service,” the upset mom added.

The daughter replied that she had a hard time hearing her as she was taking her order.

“Will that be cash or card?” the daughter said.

As of Monday, the video has generated nearly 1 million likes, more than 1,000 shares, and over 1,000 comments.

TikTok commenters could relate to what the daughter was going through.

“I remember arguing with a customer when I was teen, they pulled up and it was my aunt,” one TikTok user wrote.

Another TikTok user doesn’t mind the rudeness from staff.

“Tbh I don’t go to McDonald’s expecting quality customer service. I just want my damn food,” one TikTok commenter wrote.
