There is a good chance that at some point Friday afternoon at Yankee Stadium, Will Warren will throw a couple pitches harder than he ever has in his life, as he did Saturday at Oracle Park.

Part of that has to do with the adrenaline that comes with pitching the home opener.

But another part of it stems back to a day early this spring when Warren stripped almost all the way down to throw a mo-cap (motion capture) bullpen session inside the pitching lab at the Yankees’ player development complex.

“Throwing naked in there? It’s wild,” Warren said with a chuckle on Wednesday at T-Mobile Park.
