Wendy Williams is back in her assisted living facility after being taken by ambulance Monday after cops were called in for a wellness check.

In an exclusive photo obtained by The Post, Williams, 60, could be seen wearing a Versace bathrobe and smiling near the window of her fifth-story room on Thursday.

The former talk show host currently resides in a memory care unit of a New York City assisted living facility while fighting to end her court-ordered guardianship. Williams was previously diagnosed with aphasia and frontotemporal dementia diagnosis — but she has denied being incapacitated.

“She is in great shape mentally and physically,” her brother Tommy Williams told Us Weekly on Wednesday. “Let her out.”

Wendy, who has been under the legal guardianship that oversees her finances and health since 2022, tossed a handwritten note begging for help out of her window on Monday.

“Help! Wendy!!” the note read.

She was later photographed being taken to Lenox Hill Hospital.

It was then determined that her mental capacity was intact. Williams underwent a psychological examination called a “capacity test” at the hospital and scored a “10 out of 10,” answering all 10 questions used to determine whether she was alert and oriented correctly, per TMZ.

A feat her brother feels speaks volumes.

“Now she has some direction and understanding of her functional abilities and cognizant abilities,” Tommy told Us Weekly. “It’s a win for Wendy, a big one. And she did it herself. It also shows she is fluid with her thoughts and actions.”

“It’s a wait and see. We want to root Wendy on. We watch and listen and cheer her on. And we are praying.”

Wendy’s friend Ginalia Monterrosa went with the star to the hospital on Monday and has also advocated for the radio personality by writing a letter to Adult Protective Services.

Monterrosa requested an investigation into what she called “troubling circumstances” surrounding Wendy’s care.

The advocate is also part of Connect Care Advisory Group and told Us Weekly that the star’s inner circle is “just figuring out next steps of what’s going to happen.”

Wendy has phoned into “The Breakfast Club” and “Good Day New York,” and is set to join “The View” on Friday. It’s unclear if the appearance will be filmed in person or just over the phone.

“She is letting the public know it is unfair, it is unjust,” Monterrosa explained. “She doesn’t need to be in a guardianship. She is not incapacitated. She will continue to voice her opinion.”

Both Tommy and Monterrosa have revealed that the media personality is not allowed to have a cell phone at the facility and can only make outgoing calls on a landline.

“We’d love for her to be in an unrestrictive environment — even at another facility — where she has freedom to come in and out, see her friends, people can call her, she can have an iPad, she can use a two-way phone — not just [a] one way [phone],” expressed Monterrosa. “[She has] the freedom to go to the store and supermarket, to go to the gym, to have a life and the things we take for granted.”

In January, the public had a renewed interest in Wendy’s case after she and her niece, Alex Finnie, called into “The Breakfast Club” to address the claims about her state of mind and wanting freedom from the controversial guardianship.

She compared the guardianship to a “prison” while speaking to Charlamagne tha God, 46.

Wendy also insisted that she’s “not cognitively impaired,” adding, “Do I seem that way, goddamnit?”

“I have $15,” she claimed, also sharing that her cats “are gone.”

“My life is f–ked up,” she continued. “I feel like I’m in prison. I’m definitely isolated. I keep the door closed, I watch TV, listen to the radio and look out the window. Sit here as my life goes by.”

“I’m in this place where the people are in their 90s and their 80s and their 70s, There’s something wrong with these people here on this floor.”

After the call, Wendy’s loved ones launched a GoFundMe to raise $50,000.

“For far too long, Wendy has faced the challenges of being unjustly placed under guardianship and labeled as incapacitated, despite her strong will and determination to live her life independently,” the description read in part.

But as Wendy’s niece continues to advocate for her aunt, the living facility is not making it easy.

Coterie, the Lenox Hill facility where Wendy has been staying, accused Finnie of breaching the law by “kidnapping” the celebrity for dinner on Wednesday night, per TMZ.

The two dined at an Italian restaurant in NoHo after Wendy’s ordeal earlier in the week.

The facility contacted the NYPD and filed a police report stating that Finnie allegedly “evaded staff by taking Wendy out of the building.”

The information in the reporter, however, contradicts a claim previously made by the attorney of Wendy’s guardian, Sabrina Morrisey. Earlier this month, the attorney told TMZ that Wendy has no restrictions at the facility.

Wendy described the ordeal as “unbelievable.”

“Clearly they are lying to me saying I can go out and do what I want to do. This is my niece Alex. She just flew in from Miami, ok? I just came from the hospital, so we are going out to celebrate,” she stated.
