A clear favorite has emerged to be the next Steelers head coach.

After Mike Tomlin exited following a playoff loss to the Texans, the oddsmakers at DraftKings Sportsbook have pinpointed Rams defensive coordinator Chris Shula as the clear favorite to be the franchise’s fourth head coach since 1969.

Shula has +190 odds to be the next Steelers head coach, a clear favorite ahead of the second-favorite, Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores (+400).

Robert Saleh then comes in at +700 odds, with a surprising candidate coming up next in Indiana Hoosiers coach Curt Cignetti (+750).

Cignetti is in the midst of a national championship run with projected No. 1 pick Fernando Mendoza, and the pair battle the Miami Hurricanes for the title on Monday night.

Former Jets general manager Mike Tannenbaum told The Post on Tuesday that he expects at least one college coach to jump up into the NFL ranks, and signaled that Cignetti was the prime candidate.

Notre Dame coach Marcus Freeman is also listed at 20/1, although most reports indicate he will stay with the Fighting Irish.

Those reports, though, came out before the highly enticing Steelers job became available.

Shula has been linked to multiple head coaching jobs after leading a strong Rams defense to No. 4 in DVOA and having them among the favorites to win the Super Bowl.

The Dolphins are also one team that has pinpointed Shula as a top candidate for their head coaching job.
