There was plenty of complaining on social media about the discrepancy from the opposing fan bases belonging to Connecticut and Xavier, respectively.
The reality, however, is that this is merely St. John’s style. It attacks the rim with its three-forward lineup of Zuby Ejiofor, Bryce Hopkins and Dillon Mitchell, and tends to spend far more time at the charity stripe than the opposition.
