Dre’Mont Jones says his recent fine is going to impact his holiday shopping budget.

The newly acquired Ravens linebacker was hit with a $14,055 fine for making what the NFL deemed a “violent gesture” during the team’s Week 12 win over the New York Jets, an apparent throat-slashing hand signal following a fourth-quarter sack.

Jones pushed back at the league Saturday on social media — offering what appeared to be a cheeky remark at his family’s expense.

“I was just saying ‘it’s over’ like in a competitive sense and now my kids aren’t gonna have Christmas gifts this year #ThankYouNFL,” Jones wrote on X.

Entering the 2025 season, Jones agreed to a one-year, $8.5 million contract with the Tennessee Titans that included a $6 million signing bonus and $7.99 million guaranteed, according to Spotrac.

He was seemingly just hurling a sarcastic jab at the league for what he believed to be an unnecessary fine.

Released by the Seattle Seahawks before the 2025 season, the former Ohio State standout was picked up by the Tennessee Titans and subsequently flipped to the Ravens ahead of the NFL trade deadline for a 2026 fifth-rounder.

He quickly bolstered Baltimore’s pass rush, and his performance against New York marked his best of the season — logging four total tackles with 1.5 sacks in the win.
