Porn star Kylie Page died of an accidental overdose from a cocktail of cocaine and fentanyl just days after she celebrated a sobriety milestone, authorities in California have ruled.

The 28-year-old adult actress — who also appeared in a Netflix mini-series about the porn industry — died at her home in Los Angeles County on June 25, just five days after she marked being 60 days sober.

An autopsy showed she died from an overdose of fentanyl and cocaine, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, which ruled it an accidental death.

Law enforcement had been called to Page’s home after a worried friend asked for a welfare check.

The adult film star — born Kylie Pylant — had just marked 60 days of sobriety five days before her death, it was previously reported.

Fentanyl and drug paraphernalia were found scattered around her apartment, along with sexual photos of her with different men, law enforcement sources said.

Page was known for her movies made with groups such as Vixen Media, and Canadian pornographic giant Brazzers, which paid tribute to the actress following the tragic news.

“The Brazzers team is deeply saddened to learn of Kylie Page’s passing. Kylie will be remembered for her laughter, kindness and bringing light wherever she went. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Kylie’s family, friends and fans during this difficult time,” the company said in a statement on social media.

A GoFundMe set up to pay to fly Page’s body back to Oklahoma and cover her funeral costs raised almost $21,000.

“Kylie was a daughter who loved hard, a sister who never let go, and a friend who showed up without being asked. She was the kind of person who made you feel like family — no matter who you were,” the fundraiser set up by Page’s friends and family read.

“We lost her too soon, and now her family is trying to bring her home from California to the Midwest — to lay her to rest surrounded by friends and family.

“This GoFundMe isn’t just about funeral expenses. It’s about bringing Kylie home. It’s about helping her family breathe through the shock, the grief, and the unimaginable reality they’re living in,” the statement continued.
