The Nets’ 132-127 overtime preseason loss to Phoenix was a lot to take in, from the far-flung locale in Macao, China, to the huge lead swing to widely disparate performances throughout the roster. 

While the league will be celebrating their return to China, Nets fans’ focus will be far more micro. After Brooklyn’s first preseason test against an NBA foe, what can be taken from Friday? 

A fair amount, actually.
