We’ve all run into people we just don’t mesh with. You know, that person who just doesn’t get your sense of humor, or with whom you too frequently have misunderstandings, or maybe the other guy is just a jerk.
We are not in sync with the New England Patriots. We wouldn’t go so far as to call the Pats jerks, but the Madman and the New England squad just can’t get on the same page.
First, we were soft on Stefon Diggs to start the season, then he proved us wrong. Next, we were keen on rookie Kyle Williams, but he has been largely invisible. Eventually we jumped on the Kayshon Boutte train, only to watch him get banged up as soon as he started to rise. So we pivoted to DeMario Douglas last week, only for Mack Hollins to take over the stage on Sunday.
We could tell you Efton Chism III is next in line to break out, but then the Pats would just bring back N’Keal Harry for a one-week showcase.
