Puka Nacua’s clearly staying in shape during his time in rehab.

The Rams star, who recently checked into a luxury treatment center in Malibu following a turbulent start to his 2026, hit a gym near the facility on Wednesday and got in quite the workout.

Photos obtained by The California Post show Nacua trained hard in nothing more than a pair of Nikes and some flower-patterned shorts.

The Pro Bowl wide receiver could be seen pulling weights and working up a sweat during the fitness session, before he threw on a white shirt and caught a ride back to the rehab center.

Nacua, according to his attorney, Levi McCathern, checked into the facility a short time before a 24-year-old woman, Madison Atiabi, sued him over an alleged drunken biting incident that occurred on New Year’s Eve.

While McCathern told The Post the decision to go to rehab was not directly related to the lawsuit, he did acknowledge “the combination of stories y’all have run is certainly a contributing factor.”

“He was in there a substantial period of time before any of these allegations broke with Madison,” McCathern said, “and he’s scheduled to be there for a while longer.”

McCathern said he has been in touch with Nacua while he’s been at the treatment center, and “he’s in great spirits.”

“I think he’s doing absolutely fabulous,” McCathern said. “I’m just really excited for how he’s going to look next year. For as great as he was, I think he’s going to be even better going forward.”

Nacua’s been a member of the Rams since 2023. He’s racked up 4,191 receiving yards and 19 touchdowns on 313 catches in his three seasons with the team.

The organization is slated to begin its offseason workouts in just a few weeks.
