Morgan Wallen is in the hot seat once again.

The country singer, 31, sparked backlash for abruptly walking off the stage at “Saturday Night Live” before the episode was over.

Wallen, who served as the episode’s musical guest last night, stood next to host Mikey Madison as she closed out the show with the rest of the cast behind them.

The “Whiskey Glasses” singer then leaned over to Madison, 26, whispered something to her, gave her a one-armed hug and walked off the stage as everyone else celebrated completing another episode.

Fans slammed Morgan Wallen for abruptly leaving “SNL”

Following his unexplained exit, Wallen posted a photo of a private plane on his Instagram Story with the caption, “Get me to God’s country.” He seemingly didn’t go to the afterparty.

Fans bashed Wallen on social media for “storming off” the stage as the credits rolled.

“Morgan Wallen with a little more of the catty-a– petty loser sh-t he so proudly displayed running offstage down the center aisle & right past the camera at SNL curtain call,” one fan wrote on X.

“This & the tone-deaf private jet flaunt couldn’t be more lame & undercutting coming from a country star,” they added.

Another fan tweeted, “Weird – Morgan Wallen didn’t turn around to say anything to anyone – he looked like he was ready to be out of there.”

“Morgan Wallen said I didn’t want to be here either. That’s exactly what the show gets for having him in the first place. #SNL,” someone else said.

A fourth person wrote, “Hope the tantrum was worth it because you’ll NEVER be on #SNL again.”

Another viewer said Wallen appeared “sour” on the show and that both of his performances “were angry and weird.” They also called him “disrespectful” for walking off the stage.

A source close to Wallen told TMZ that his abrupt exit was not intentional.

The insider said Wallen “entered and exited the studio the same way he did Saturday night during rehearsal and camera blocking all week leading up to the live show … so he routinely headed that way when he thought it was time to go.”

The Post has reached out to Morgan’s rep for comment.

Wallen last appeared on “SNL” in December 2020, two months after he was disinvited as the planned musical guest because he was caught partying in Alabama without a mask amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

During his first time on the show, Wallen appeared in a sketch that poked fun at the controversy.

Then in 2021, Wallen was caught saying the N-word in a video released by TMZ.

He issued an apology for the scandal, saying, “I used an unacceptable and inappropriate racial slur that I wish I could take back. There are no excuses to use this type of language, ever. I want to sincerely apologize for using the word. I promise to do better.”
