Mark Wahlberg’s daughter is on the mend.

The actor’s daughter, Grace, recently revealed she was injured during an equestrian competition.

“She’s doing great,” the “Ted” actor told Access Hollywood on Tuesday. He also called the accident “terrifying” and “very, very scary.”

“It’s a very, very dangerous sport, but she’s so passionate about it,” continued Wahlberg.

“All she wanted to do was get back on that horse, no pun intended. But she was chomping at the bit, and worried that we would deem the sport too dangerous. But she’s so passionate, so dedicated.”

The “Family Plan” star added that Grace, 15, has the “discipline of getting up at 4 o’clock every morning, going to to the barn seven days a week, doing whatever she has to do to care for the horses, and training and everything.”

Wahlberg and his wife, Rhea Durham, are also parents of Ella, 22, Michael, 19, and Brendan, 17.

Grace first detailed the incident in an Instagram post on November 3.

“No pressure we will be back,” she captioned the carousel, which included pictures of herself with her arm in a sling in the hospital. Grace also included images from past competitions.

Wahlberg commented with praying, crying and broken heart emojis.

Last year, Wahlberg posted a video to Instagram and confessed he had “never been more nervous, anxious, or stressed at any sporting event in my life” while watching Grace compete.

Meanwhile, the actor, who tied the knot with Durham, 47, in 2009, has been vocal about allowing his kids to pursue their passions.

“I want to give my kids the world, but I also want them to appreciate everything, to succeed, to be good people, to enjoy life,” Wahlberg explained to Boston Common in 2011. “This is my most important role. If I fail at this, I fail at everything.”

In 2022, the entrepreneur revealed he moved his family from Los Angeles to Nevada to give them a “better life.”

“To be able to give my kids a better life and follow and pursue their dreams — whether it be my daughter as an equestrian, my son as a basketball player, my younger son as a golfer — this made a lot more sense for us,” Wahlberg said while on “The Talk” at the time.

He noted that he and his wife “came here to just kind of give ourselves a new look, a fresh start for the kids, and there’s lots of opportunity here.”

By 2023, everyone in the Wahlberg crew had adjusted to their new normal.

“They love Vegas,” Wahlberg told E! News six months after their relocation. “I spent lots of time in LA pursuing my interests and my career, and now it’s time for them to pursue theirs.”

He added: “Everybody is thriving there, it’s been great.”

In the most trying times, Brian Daboll resisted the public outcry to fire Shane Bowen.

The embattled defensive coordinator returned the favor Thursday when he fell on the sword for the four defensive collapses that contributed to Daboll’s firing earlier this week.

"There's a responsibility that falls on me,” Bowen said. “We haven't been good enough defensively, particularly closing out games. Evaluating everything – scheme, personnel, different situations what we can do to continue to improve. We have to find ways to win these games and not give it up in the fourth.”

Daboll hired Bowen after he was fired by the Titans along with head coach Mike Vrabel after the 2023 season and then retained him after last season despite Giants owner John Mara’s harsh criticisms of the defense.

Bowen expressed his gratitude for Daboll and how he “can’t say enough good things about him as a leader.”
