What our Post expert thinks about the College Football Playoff

Saturday’s three College Football Playoff games all feature intriguing matchups.

While Texas A&M and Miami is expected to be neck and neck, the other two showdowns (Ole Miss vs. Tulane and James Madison at Oregon) feature lopsided prices, setting us up for a number of different scenarios.

The first game will likely feature a pretty even split in terms of money traded, but the next two will be all about the favorites, setting us up for a scenario where you could score a big win if you predict the correct upset.

Whether or not James Madison or Tulane can make any inroads against their juggernaut opponents remains to be seen, but this season has been full of surprises.

Heck, it’s a shock that we have two Group of 5 teams in the playoff, to begin with. Nobody saw that coming.
