K-Pop girl group aespa just announced their ‘LIVE TOUR – SYNK : COMPLæXITY’ that will send the vocally-gifted quartet to arenas and domes all over the globe from August to February 2027.
That includes a stop at Belmont Park’s UBS Arena on Friday, Sept. 18.
All concerts come in support of Karina, Giselle, Winter and Ningning’s forthcoming second studio album “Lemonade,” which hits shelves on May 29.
According to Pollstar, their live shows “will present a reimagined concert experience with distinctly new performances, stage design and visual storytelling from the group’s previous ‘SYNK : æXIS LINE Tour.’”
For the uninitiated, all of aespa’s tours are called ‘SYNK’ because the performers, virtual world and fans “sync” up at their live shows.
Their concerts aren’t that heady, though.
Riff Magazine reported that on their 2025 tour aespa employed “thematic elements drawing from concepts of perceived existence vs. reality (think ‘The Matrix’) and multidimensional existence” but “the theme didn’t mean so much for the fun songs the group performed [even though] it came up again and again in the video segments that separated the show’s acts, as well as in some of the videos that played during the songs themselves.”
Prior to taking the new record on the road, the Gen Z icons will headline at Chicago’s Lollapalooza on Sunday, Aug. 2.
Other notable headliners on this year’s four-day bill include Blackpink’s Jennie, beabadoobee, Olivia Dean, Lorde and Muna among others.
At the moment, the foursome is currently playing huge concerts in Japan and delivering 24 songs per show, according to Set List FM. Just a few of the notable tracks to make the cut at these gigs were fan favorites like “Whiplash,” “Supernova” and “Armageddon” among others.
Tickets officially go on sale to My’s and the general public on Friday, May 8 at 2 pm local time through Ticketmaster but are available now on trusted secondary market sites like StubHub and Vivid Seats.

Lollapalooza 2026
From July 30 to Aug. 2, Lollapalooza will take over Chicago’s Grant Park.
In addition to the big names listed above, Charli XCX, Tate McRae, The Smashing Pumpkins, The xx, and John Summit are also slated to rock the Second City.

Aespa new music
Ahead of “Lemonade’s” May 29 release, aespa unveiled a single not associated with the upcoming album.
The track, “ATTITUDE,” serves as the theme song for the anime “Kill Blue.” Bouncy, goofy and a skosh creepy-crawly, this upbeat bop perfectly captures the “Big”-esque cinematic Netflix series.
