John Cena will be running Madison Square Garden one last time before he calls it a career.

The 17-time world champion’s final match at the World’s Most Famous arena will take place on Nov. 17, The Post has learned, a week after his final show in Boston.

MSG has always been considered WWE’s home base and the host to  many of the company’s great moments, including three WrestleManias. It is only fitting Cena would stop in New York City during his retirement tour.

Cena, 48, has just eight dates left in his Hall of Fame career, including at Wrestlepalooza on Sept. 20 for WWE’s premium live event debut on ESPN’s new DTC platform against an opponent still to be announced — though the belief it will be against longtime rival Brock Lesnar.

Lesnar took out Cena the last time the “Peacemaker” star was in the Tri-State Area at the first two-night SummerSlam in August at MetLife Stadium.

Lesnar made a surprise return to WWE after Cena lost the WWE championship to Cody Rhodes in the main event of night two. He left Cena laying in the ring after an F-5.

The match with Rhodes ended Cena’s record 17th world championship reign, besting Ric Flair’s 16.

Cena stunningly turned heel in February at Elimination Chamber and then defeated Rhodes at WrestleMania 41 to break the record.

He has since returned to being the babyface that made him one of WWE’s all-time greats, enough to be billed the Greatest of All-Time by the company.
