HOUSTON — As the Yankees struggled for much of the summer, there were scores of fans screaming at them to wake up.
Turns out they just needed more of The Big Sleep.
Trent Grisham, who has earned that nickname from his manager for his low-key and calm demeanor, delivered his latest big swing in a season full of them on Tuesday, crushing a grand slam to help the Yankees take the series opener against the Astros.
