There will be plenty of moving and shaking for the Giants in John Harbaugh’s first summer as their head coach.

They will head to South Florida for one and possibly two joint practices with the Dolphins before the teams meet in a preseason game Aug. 22 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.

In recent years, the Giants and Jets have engaged in a joint practice (sometimes two) prior to their annual preseason game, which this year will be Aug. 28 as a designated home game for the Jets at MetLife Stadium. There will be no Giants-Jets joint practice this year, though, The Post has learned.

Before any joint practice or preseason game, the Giants will open training camp in late July with a road trip to White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, where they will practice and stay for 12 days at The Greenbrier, a famous luxury resort in the Allegheny Mountains.

This off-site camp is needed because of ongoing renovations of the Giants training facility and because of the infrastructure that will still be in place around MetLife Stadium for the World Cup.

Harbaugh is expected to run a demanding training camp. The offseason workout program has already proven to be more intense than in years past.

“The training regime is obviously different,” outside linebacker Brian Burns said. “I like it. It’s tough but it’s worth it.”

Edge rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux said “this s–t is different” during Monday night’s Giants Town Hall event for season ticket holders. “It’s hard. It’s different in a great way.”
