England and Panama are playing for very different things at MetLife Stadium on Saturday, June 27.

On one side, Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham and Marcus Rashford’s Three Lions look to secure their all but guaranteed spot in the knockout round of the 2026 World Cup following the club’s impressive 4-2 victory over Croatia and draw with Ghana.

As for their opponents, Adalberto “Coco” Carrasquilla’s Los Canaleros are attempting to save face and exit the tough tourney gracefully after their pair of heartbreaking 1-0 losses against aforementioned Group L foes Croatia and Ghana.

If you’d like to see these elite clubs meet on the pitch live in New Jersey, last-minute tickets are still available.

At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on seats to see England and Panama at the Jets and Giants stadium was $1,379 including fees on SeatGeek.

100-level seats start at $1,668 including fees.

Make sure to use promo code NYPOST10 for $10 off purchases over $250 at checkout (Editor’s Note: this discount is only valid for users’ first purchase on SeatGeek).

Prior to this match, England and Panama have only ever met once before. Their sole showdown, another group stage World Cup game, went down eight years ago in Russia at the 2018 World Cup. The Three Lions came out on top 6-1 behind a hat trick from Kane.

This time around, England is once again predicted to win by oddsmakers who consider Thomas Tuchel’s club to be heavy favorites especially since they’ll likely be playing their stars to ensure they clinch their knockout stage spot.

“There is a long way to go and no one won a World Cup with four goals per match and going for it,” Tuchel, 52, said. “We always want to go for it and our responsibility is to bring everything to the table.”

Still, Panama is hungry for their first goal and will do everything to make sure they can keep their heads raised high and maybe, just maybe, get revenge for their brutal 2018 World Cup shellacking.

No one is expecting them to win here…which is exactly why you should keep an eye out for Carrasquilla, Michael Amir Murillo and Anibal Godoy.

They just might have their moment of glory on Saturday.

For more information, our team has everything you need to know and more about England vs. Panama’s 2026 World Cup match at MetLife Stadium below.

A complete calendar including all four remaining World Cup matches (other than the England-Panama showdown) at MetLife Stadium dates and start times can be found below.

What’s the best way to get to MetLife Stadium for World Cup matches?

Although transit to the World Cup has undoubtedly been a hot topic, there are quite a few options to get to the Meadowlands for the games (rather than walk as some out-of-towners have suggested).

These are your best bets:

• Eat the $105 round-trip cost (slashed from a previously-announced $150) and take the NJT. Trains will be running back and forth to Secaucus Junction where you can transfer to the Meadowlands rail line, which takes you two minutes away from the Stadium.

• Board the official NYNJ Stadium Shuttle. Direct round-trip buses can be picked up at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, Midtown East in Manhattan, and the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine Park-and-Ride in New Jersey. Be aware that tickets must be secured in advance through the New Jersey Transit World Cup platform. The major downside here? Potential traffic. The major upside? The Post reported that “round-trip bus fares for fans attending the 2026 FIFA World Cup have been cut by 75%…from $80 to $20.”

• Risk everything and book an Uber or Lyft. There are drop-off and pick-up zones outside MetLife. The major detractor here are likely exorbitant surge pricing and wait times. Proceed with caution here!
