A Bronx driver has been charged for the Manhattan crash that killed “Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” actress Wenne Alton Davis, according to police.

MD Abdul Shomuz, 62, was arrested Monday and charged with failure to yield to a pedestrian — a misdemeanor —  when he fatally struck Davis in Midtown late Dec. 8, the NYPD announced.

Davis, 60, was crossing Broadway at W. 53rd street just before 9 p.m. when she was hit by a black 2023 Cadillac XTC and left with severe trauma to her head and body.

The Queens native was rushed to Mount Sinai West where she died from her injuries.

Shomuz remained at the scene and was not hurt, cops said.

Davis, who went by her stage name Wendy Davis, played a cop in Amazon Prime’s EmmyAward-winning hit comedy series “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.”

Her IMDb page includes nine other credits, including parts in the 2011 Michael Fassbender drama “Shame” and the 2004 short film “Ladies Room.”

When she wasn’t making appearances on screen, Davis worked full-time as a US Customs and Border Protection agent at John F. Kennedy International Airport, even powering through the recent government shutdown without pay.

Neighbor Davin Hatsengate told The Post he had no idea she moonlighted as an actress.

“She was super friendly,” the 51-year-old said after she died.

“I didn’t know she was an actress. I guess she just wanted to be a regular neighbor. It’s terrible.”
