Freddie Freeman sure has some pluck.

The Dodgers slugger was caught on camera Wednesday night when he decided to do a little personal grooming.

Freeman, 35, sidelined by an injury, plucked a hair from his left nostril, an act broadcast to viewers of SportsNet LA in the bottom of the fifth inning of the Dodgers’ 5-1 win over the visiting Reds.

“Ah! Get it, Freddie!” play-by-play man Joe Davis cheered on.

Judging by his reaction, it was a painful experience for the two-time World Series champion.

MLB dugouts are safe havens for players spitting, scratching and otherwise making themselves comfortable, so Freeman’s hair removal isn’t entirely out of the norm.

Whatever the Dodgers’ $162 million man wants to do is probably fine by the team as he continues his quest for the National League batting title with a .302 average this season.

He’s tied for the NL lead in doubles, with 34 thus far — and he’s expected to be back in action soon after maintenance for what manager Dave Roberts called a “stinger.”

“It’s something that is recurring, but it’s been kind of showing itself a little bit the last couple days,” Roberts said. “I think that just giving him a couple days, with the off day tomorrow, he’ll be back on Friday.”

With at least one fewer nose hair, at least.
