Saturday afternoon gave us the full Darryn Peterson experience.
Brilliance followed by an explained absence. Unfortunately, the superstar freshman has left us wanting more simply because he’s been on the court so infrequently.
It has, not surprisingly, led to a series of hot takes, the most absurd being that if Peterson is going to load manage and limit himself, he should just get ready for the NBA.
That would be the worst possible outcome for the sport. Peterson is a treat to watch. He makes the game look incredibly easy.
