Crocs debuted a new cowboy boot silhouette — and it boasts all the slip-on, chunky rubber design that is simultaneously beloved by some and repulsed by others.

The $120 Crocs Classic Cowboy Boot debuted on the footwear company’s site on Thursday, though customers won’t actually be able to buy the footwear until the end of what it dubbed “Croctober.”

They’ll go on sale in a range of men and women’s sizes on Oct. 23 — the day of the fan-made holiday Croc Day, the company said in a press release.

The boot is a fashion statement to say the least, boasting shiny black Crocskin texture, Western-inspired embroidery and a first-of-its-kind detachable charm, or Jibbitz, that’s a spin-able spur for the heel strap of the boot.

Of course, the boots also have vent holes for breathability as all of its Classic Clogs styles do.

Crocs unveiled the Classic Cowboy Boot, complete with shiny black Crocskin texture true to the company’s clog-like shoes and Western-inspired embroidery.

And in true Crocs fashion, the rivet detail that attaches the back strap to the shoe boasts Duke, Crocs’ crocodile mascot, donning a cowboy hat.

At the end of the month, the boots will be available for “a limited time” online and in select Crocs stores, the Broomfield, Colo.-based footwear company said.

Social media was divided on the striking silhouette.

“These are Crocs I might actually wear,” one excited user tweeted, while a harsh critic called them “f–king dreadful.”

“I need these!!!” another said, while others oohed and awed at the spurs, commending Crocs for its attention to detail.

However, not everyone was so quick to complement the new style.

“Yeah this isn’t it…” one user wrote. “The horror,” another chimed in.

“Oh I’ll be new boot goofin’ with some crocodile leather boots, but surely not any Crocs,” another said in reference to the viral tagline made popular by a revived Comedy Central skit.

Crocs’ divisive cowboy boot design comes nearly one month after it unveiled a swampy collaboration with the animated movie ogre, Shrek.

The “wonderfully hideous” version of the brand’s Classic Clog is inspired by the animated character’s aesthetics, with a slime-green base to match the ogre’s skin tone.

Fuzzy brown heel straps mimic Shrek’s trademark vest and on-theme Jibbitz in the shapes of the character’s ears and nose decorate the front of the shoes.

Shrek branding is also plastered onto the sides and underfoot.

Crocs last month launched the Classic DreamWorks Shrek Clogs inspired by the beloved ogre complete with Jibbitz in the shape of Shrek’s ears and brown fuzzy heel straps.

Crocs described the limited-edition design as a “vehicle of self-expression, reimagining Shrek’s beloved irreverence.”

Dubbed the Classic DreamWorks Shrek Clogs, they went on sale on Sept. 13 in a range of adult sizes for $59.99, kids’ sizes for $49.99 and toddler sizes for $44.99.
