A corn puff recall has been expanded to include two more products over concerns the snacks could cause “serious or life-threatening” allergic reactions, federal officials said.

The recall of Shirakiku Curvee Puffs Corn Puff Snack now includes its Sea Salt & Umami Flavor and its Corn Potage Flavor for undeclared milk, according to the FDA.

Wismettac Asian Foods had initially launched a recall on Jan. 17 of its curry flavored corn puffs.

Undeclared milk can cause “serious or life-threatening” allergic reactions in consumers with an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk, the FDA said.

The recalled corn puff snacks were sold in 39 states, including New York and New Jersey, through retail stores, restaurants and online sales.

The products were also exported to Mexico and Peru, the foodmaker said.

The corn puff snacks were sold in 2.46 ounce bags.

Wismettac said no illnesses have been reported in connection to the recalled products.

The last distribution of the impacted snacks occurred on Jan. 10, the foodmaker said.

Consumers who have purchased the products should return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
