The ugly post-divorce saga between Carl Pavano and his ex-wife has taken another turn.

A judge on Friday granted a request for a restraining order for Alissa Pavano, warning the former Yankees pitcher that he must surrender his firearms and could face felony charges if he stalks, harasses, threatens, assaults or harasses her, CT Insider reported Friday.

Despite crediting Alissa’s testimony that her ex-husband’s actions caused fear or concern, Judge Steven Dembo did not grant her request to prohibit him from their home, in which the two raise their three children, according to CT Insider.

Alissa testified for hours on Friday, saying that Carl’s behavior — which allegedly includes urinating in her shampoo bottles and soiling her bedsheets — has left her in constant fear as they try to share their 10,000 square foot home.

“He has terrorized me the entire two years we have had to live under the same room during this divorce, completely,” she said in court.

She also told Judge Dembo that she suffers from sleep deprivation, anxiety, and the feeling of being “on eggshells” when her ex-husband shows up to her space unannounced, saying that Carl turns on his favorite song, “Bartender,” when she is trying to sleep, per CT Insider.

Carl decided not to testify during the hearing, with his attorney, Michael T. Meehan, saying that the former All-Star would have denied Alissa’s allegations and, as the owner of the home, he is entitled to live there.

Alissa’s lawyer, Gary Cohen, said the two parties could potentially meet in the future to discuss terms, given the vagueness of the judge’s ruling.

The ugly drama between the former couple stems from Alissa requesting that the Connecticut court of appeals void a prenup the two signed in Florida. She alleges he coerced her into signing it, court documents viewed by The Post show.

Alissa alleges that Carl “demanded” she sign the prenup, while insisting she give up “her residence, potential employment, and all financial independence.”

State Superior Court Judge Thomas O’Neill ruled the prenup valid but gave Alissa a one-time payout of $300,000. He also ruled that Carl must buy Alissa a home worth up to $1 million, along with $50,000 worth of jewelry and a new car.

Alissa testified on Friday that Carl offered to pay her the $1.24 million to finance the purchase of a new home if she dropped the appeal of the prenup.

An affidavit, which CT Insider first reported on Tuesday, reveals more of Alissa’s allegations, including an image that Carl sent to their family group chat “that showed multiple firearms laid out on the kitchen table” 20 minutes after being served with divorce papers in 2024.

The photo, which was taken at the family’s home in Fairfield, Conn., was captioned “hold the fort.”

Alissa has also alleged that Carl “intentionally soiled the bed in which plaintiff sleeps during her parenting time by having his female sex partners occupy the bed” and also allegedly “removed all clean linens from the house so that Plaintiff is unable to have a hygienically clean and safe bed during her parenting time.”

The Post reported last week that Carl allegedly “planted drugs” in Alissa’s belongings in an attempt to get the couple’s children taken away from her.

CT Insider previously reported that police have been called nine times since 2024 to the former couple’s home, with three police officers testifying in court on Friday.

The two first met in 2005 in Florida before Alissa found out Carl was allegedly dating another woman and cut off communication, according to the court briefing. They later reconnected in 2007 before marrying in 2011.

Carl, who spent 14 seasons in MLB, signed a four-year, $39.5 million contract with the Yankees ahead of the 2005 season. He then proved to be a massive bust for the club, making just 26 starts over three seasons with a 5.00 ERA, earning the nickname “American Idle” from noti.group’s George King for his trouble staying on the field.
