Something special is happening when the toughest guy in the room sheds a tear.

Fans appeared to notice one running down the left cheek of Oba Femi after he absolutely destroyed Brock Lesnar in the middle of the ring during Raw on Monday night. He understood what that moment meant and will mean for him going forward.

Lesnar, 48, doesn’t do what he did for just anyone and he was extremely giving to the 27-year-old Femi from the moment the former NXT champion’s music hit until the segment ended. He clearly sees the potential and future money WWE is going to draw from “The Ruler.”

I’ve written in this space that there is plenty of Goldberg in Femi’s presentation. Goldberg only worked in WWE for one full year and then sporadically from 2016-23 before his retirement match last year.
