Anna Kournikova is getting ready to welcome her fourth child into the world.

The former tennis star is halfway through the pregnancy and things are progressing well, according to Spanish outlet Hola.

Kournikova, 44, already has three children with longtime partner Enrique Iglesias, who she has been with since 2001.

The couple has older twins Lucy and Nicholas, both 7, and youngster, Mary, 5.

Kournikova retired from tennis in 2003 and has kept a lower profile in recent years after she stepped away from the sporting spotlight.

Kournikova dealt with injury issues during her career, which led some fans to be concerned about her health. She had been photographed out with her kids in Miami earlier this month while ushering them to martial arts, which seemed to calm some concerns over her health after she was seen in an orthopedic boot earlier in the year.

She played her last game of pro tennis in March 2003 at the age of 21.

Iglesias has been living in Miami since the late 1990s and Kournikova joined him there after the couple got together.

The two have been together since the early 2000s, but it’s always remained somewhat of a mystery if they ever walked down the aisle.

The singer had referred to Kournikova as his wife before, but in a 2012 interview, he said that it was meant to be “sweet in the moment,” according to the Daily Mail.

“I honestly didn’t mean to confuse people. I thought it’d be easier for the audience to understand than if I said ‘my girl,” he said.

Kournikova was ranked as high as No. 8 in the world in 2000 and she won the Australian Open doubles championship in 1999 and 2001.

She never brought home a singles Grand Slam title.
