Angel Reese may have a future in professional wrestling.

The polarizing WNBA star went into full heel mode Tuesday night during the Dream’s 77-72 road win over the Wings with three consecutive taunts after scoring off an offensive rebound, the last earning her boos which she encouraged by motioning her hands to indicate the fans should keep them coming.

She also antagonized her opponents with multiple “too small” hand gestures during her 12-point, 16-rebound performance.

There has been plenty of discussion about Reese’s standing in the WNBA, especially in contrast to how fellow 2024 draft class member Caitlin Clark is portrayed.

Reese, 24, has earned pushback at times for some for her trash-talking antics, which she owns, and even said in 2024 that she would “take the villain role” while discussing her relationship with Clark.

The former LSU star isn’t looking to make friends on the court and she may have made some new enemies with her actions Tuesday.

Early in the second quarter with the Dream trailing, 23-19, the 6-foot-4 Reese grabbed an offensive rebound over the 5-foot-8 Odyssey Sims and scored.

She immediately flexed before flashing the “too small” marker with her hands.

When the crowd at the College Park Center in Arlington, Texas, began booing her, she egged them on.

Reese also mocked the Wings with the “too small” celebration after another score off an offensive rebound in the third quarter to give the Dreams a 47-73 lead.

While she may not making new friends elsewhere, Reese is winning over her new teammates in Atlanta after the offseason trade that from the Sky.

Reese has notched a pair of double-doubles in the first two games, both Atlanta wins.

“She’s just such a positive person,” teammate Alisha Gray said. “No matter what state we are in the game, she always brings us together and lets us know we got it and she’s such a hard worker and she’s such a good person as well. Once you get to know here and really connect with her, she’s an amazing person, really lovely person, a joy to be around. I have the time of my life hanging out with Angel.”
