Max Holloway bettors rejoice: Drake has bet $1 million on Conor McGregor to win their fight at UFC 329 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

The Canadian rapper posted his betting slip on Instagram with an enthusiastic caption backing the Irish MMA legend.

“THE MAC IS BACK?!?!?? The proper twelve drinking, tailored suit wearing, Lambo Yacht riding man with the Dubai tan that once had both belts in both hands … Say less @stake,” Drake posted.

The bet was accepted at +185 odds, which means it would pay out a profit of $1.85 million. McGregor is a consensus underdog for the fight, with odds as high as +195 around the betting market.

Drake, who signed a massive endorsement deal with online crypto casino Stake, allegedly worth $100 million, has made a habit of throwing seven-figure bets down on high-profile events like the Super Bowl, NBA Finals, and the World Cup.

Most of the bets have lost, often in hilarious fashion, which has given life to the “Drake Curse” phenomenon.

McGregor hasn’t fought in five years and one day, with his last bout coming against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 on July 10, 2021.

McGregor broke his leg in the first round of the fight, leading to a doctor’s stoppage TKO victory for “The Diamond.”

Drake posted his $1 million screenshot on Instagram.

McGregor’s last win in the Octagon came on Jan. 18, 2020, against Donald Cerrone at UFC 246.

This will be the second fight between “The Notorious” and Holloway. McGregor defeated the Hawaiian via decision at UFC Fight Night: Shogun vs. Sonnen on Aug. 17, 2013.

Four years later, McGregor captivated the sporting world by boxing Floyd Mayweather in Las Vegas.

McGregor’s TKO loss to Mayweather was the most-bet fight in betting history at the time, but that was when gambling on sports was only legal in Nevada.

The action for Saturday’s tilt with Holloway should eclipse that total, with or without Drake’s help.
