Let’s be honest.

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching — at the time of publication, the holiday is only a Hanukkah (aka eight days) away — and, if you’re anything like me, you’re just now realizing it’s time to pick up a thoughtful, possibly romantic gift for your significant other.

Yes, only a little over a month after patting yourself on the back for successfully delivering presents to everyone in your life for Christmas and/or Hanukkah, you’re right back in the gift-giving game.

Thankfully, there is a quick fix.

If you don’t have time to pick up chocolates and already gifted your person jewelry, why not get your loved one (or yourself) tickets to a live event to show them (or you) how much you care?

With that in mind, The New York Post commerce team put our heads together and compiled a list of all the concerts and productions we cannot wait to see these next few months (and wouldn’t mind if someone bought us tickets to) as a starting point to find something that would suit your partner’s (or your) needs.

That includes something for everyone from Stylers to Little Monsters to metalheads to theaterphiles to…Mets fans.

All you have to do is scroll, find the live event that makes the most sense for them/you, click and boom! you’re done with buying gifts until the next birthday/anniversary/National Make A Gift Day (which is a real thing people supposedly celebrate on Dec. 3).

NY Post writers’ Valentine’s Day 2026 picks

Ever since I missed Harry Styles at MSG for “Love on Tour,” I’ve been mad at myself. So, I’ve made it my mission to try and get tickets for his ‘Together, Together’ tour this summer, and I’m not backing down. I can already tell the album is going to made for me (a mix of EDM and pop? Say less.) All that’s to say, I will be manifesting someone gifts me Harry Styles tickets for Valentine’s Day! -Brooke Matalon

I missed Lady Gaga’s Mayhem ball the first time around, so I’m monitoring ticket prices for her Barclays shows in March and April. One of my co-workers went last year at Madison Square Garden and was raving about the incredible show Gaga puts on! -Hannah Southwick

It’s not exactly the most Valentine’s Day-appropriate, but I’m dying to see Lily Allen perform her epic breakup album ‘West End Girl’ at Radio City Music Hall in April. Chronicling the breakdown of her marriage to David Harbour, Allen’s latest songs are both brutal and beautifully honest. I’ve never seen her live, so I’m hoping to change that this year! -Elana Fishman

I don’t think you could have been a 90s metal kid and not still hold a love for NIN. To this day, I still get chills whenever I hear the tail end of “Closer.” Most people wouldn’t classify this type of music as romantic, but studies have shown that the hard stuff (melodically speaking) is actually a mood booster. Since I’m single this Valentine’s Day, I could use a hit of serotonin mixed with adrenaline, and who knows when I’ll get to see the iconic band again? From what I’ve heard, the ‘Peel It Back Tour’ is visually stunning and an energy bomb of sound. Nothing makes my heart flutter more. -Holly Coley

“Lion King”

Part of the magic of “The Lion King” is watching the incredible puppets come to life in a truly immersive experience. It’s so captivating you’ll want to sing along! I must say, Cherie Rosen is a formidable leader, expertly coordinating the entire production from the conductor’s podium. -Emma Sutton-Williams

I know “Chicago” has been live on Broadway for years, but I’d do just about anything to go when Witney Leavitt is starring as Roxie Hart in the long-running musical. Very fitting that I’m also gearing up for the upcoming season of ‘The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ on Hulu, so everything is pretty much on-theme here. Also, I heard it’s simply a fantastic production.” -Victoria McDonnell, commerce & content strategy reporter

It’s time for choose your own adventure: romance on Broadway edition! “Maybe Happy Ending” is the most recent Best Musical winner at the Tonys and a sweet love story with a sci-fi twist. “Hadestown” might break your heart, but trust me: the Greek mythology-based musical, which intertwines the Orpheus/Eurydice and Hades/Persephone myths, is 100% worth the emotional rollercoaster, because it contains some of the most romantic songs currently being sung on a Broadway stage. If British rom-coms or NYC stories are your jam, “Two Strangers” might be the show for you; a sister-of-the-bride is tasked with picking up the groom’s estranged British son from the airport and the pair navigate New York City, secrets, and second chances. -Angela Tricarico

Madama Butterfly is lush in score and hauntingly beautiful, offering an endearing exploration of the pursuit of love and its personal cost. It’s a treat to hear anything at the Metropolitan Opera but especially when Benjamin Bowman serves as concertmaster. His violin solos sound like they’re sharing an intimate secret worth cherishing. -Emma Sutton-Williams

This winter in the city has been a brutal one so far, so I’m looking to escape for Valentine’s Day since it falls on a weekend this year. The lineup for the R&B Lovers Tour playing at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City makes my millennial heart all aflutter. Dru Hill! Ginuwine! Joe! Keith Sweat! That’s gonna be a night of non-stop sexy slow jams and I would love to be there for every second of it. Top it all off with some time in the casinos and cocktails…perfect Valentine’s Day plan. -Adam Schubak

There’s nothing more romantic in this whole wide world than a lazy afternoon mid-season game at Citi Field with the one you love. While I’ll concede that the smell of the ballpark, the crack of the bat and roar of the crowd aren’t exactly the most intimate setting, I can’t think of a better or more memorable way to share an afternoon with my wife (and daughter). So, honey, if you’re reading this, I’d like to go to the Wednesday, Aug. 19 game against the Pirates. First pitch is at 1:10. Seats in left field work for me. Love you. -Matt Levy
