The Chicago Bears are looking to Bear Down again this weekend.

Following a thrilling, come-from-behind Wild Card round win over the Packers, Caleb Williams and co. take on Matthew Stafford’s Los Angeles Rams next at Soldier Field on Sunday, Jan. 18.

As expected, catching this cutthroat Divisional Round game live — da Bears’ first since January 2011 when the Jay Cutler and the club beat the Seahawks — comes with a hefty price tag.

Our team did a bit of digging and found that the cheapest tickets to get in the door across the primary and secondary market was $434 including fees on Vivid Seats at the time of publication.

100-level seats start at $877.50 including fees on Ticketmaster.

Like Chicago, Los Angeles also came from behind to win their Wild Card round showdown. They rallied and, with Stafford’s clutch touchdown pass to tight end Colby Parkinson with just 38 seconds on the clock, overcame a valiant effort from Bryce Young and the Carolina Panthers.

“I’m proud of the way we finished this game,” head coach Sean McVay said. “…I’m grateful for another game.”

Coming into this matchup, McVay’s Rams have a 4.5-point edge, yet, Chicago does have a few home-field advantages going into this high-stakes matchup.

AccuWeather projects a “mainly cloudy and bitterly cold” day with a high of 20°, which is par for the course for the Bears who are used to the cold. Throw in how raucous Soldier Field was on Saturday and Stafford’s mild finger injury (he claimed “it wasn’t pleasant” in a post-game interview) and Ben Johnson’s squad may have the upper hand.

They’ll just need all the help they can get from the fans to replicate their Wild Card success.

About the Bears vs. Rams matchup

The Bears and Rams have not met on the gridiron since September 2024.

In that game, Caleb William’s fourth in the NFL, Chicago prevailed and won 24-18 as the rookie quarterback completed 17 of 23 passes for 157 yards and a touchdown.

As for this contest, Los Angeles is the 4.5-point favorite as noted before. Major factors according to the Rams Wire are:

1.) “Rams receivers will test Bears’ secondary” if Matthew Stafford can avoid interceptions, the passing attack could be in for a big day

2.) “Bears’ [ability to] exploit Rams’ biggest defensive weakness” Rome Odunze, D.J. Moore, Luther Burden and Colston Loveland…[are] as talented and deep a receiving corps as the Rams will face, so all of their defensive backs will be challenged in coverage

3.) “Rams must avoid fourth quarter collapse” the Bears have a knack for coming back to win. On Saturday night, the Bears scored 25 points in the fourth quarter to erase a 21-6 deficit to the Packers, winning 31-27. Williams had an NFL-high six fourth-quarter comebacks in the regular season and had another on Saturday against the Packers, showing he has a flair for the dramatics.
