The Jacksonville Jaguars officially flipped the script.

After a dismal 4-13 campaign in 2024, Trevor Lawrence, Travis Hunter and Travis Etienne Jr. won their final eight games, muscled their way to a 13-4 record and clinched the competitive AFC South.

Not bad for a team that had the No. 2 draft pick just nine months ago.

Now that they’ve pulled off their dream season, they’re hoping to carry that momentum into the playoffs when they take on Josh Allen’s 12-5 Buffalo Bills in a winner-takes-all Wild Card contest at Everbank Stadium on Sunday, Jan. 11.

If you’d like to be there to see the Jags in their first home postseason game since January 2023, last-minute tickets are available.

Our team scoured the web and found that the cheapest tickets available across the primary and secondary market to get into the Stadium was $209 including fees on Vivid Seats at the time of publication.

100-level seats can be found for as low as $462 including fees on Vivid Seats.

Whether or not you’ll make the trek to Everbank, the Jags are planning on showing up.

“We have an opportunity to wear pads again this week in practice now that the playoffs start back up,” Jaguars rookie head coach Liam Coen said.

“…I’m sure the intensity level will be up-ticked a little bit, but I think our guys will be ready for it.”

And, while Jacksonville is certainly explosive, Buffalo has a major experience advantage. Counting this year, Sean McDermott’s club has made the playoffs seven seasons in a row.

“I’ve been here, we’ve been here…it brings some level of…seasoning,” McDermott said in a press conference, where he also remembered losing to the Jaguars in the 2018 Wild Card round, which happened to be his first year as head coach.

Will Coen — in his first year — upset McDermott?

While we can’t say for certain, we do know the best way to find out is live and in person.

Want to be at Everbank to witness the action IRL?

About the Jaguars vs. Bills matchup

Jacksonville fans have likely wiped their last game against Buffalo from their memory.

As a refresher, we’ll remind you that the Bills handily defeated the Jags by a score of 47-10 on Sept. 23.

Let’s not talk about that, though.

Experts covering this Wild Card showdown highlight Jacksonville’s strong defense, which pairs nicely with Buffalo’s league-leading offense (they average 159.6 rushing yards per game).

That being said, USA Today gives Coen’s club the advantage.

“The Jags have the home-field advantage and the Bills have the best player. It’s a team game though and Jacksonville is set up perfectly to exploit Buffalo’s weaknesses.”
