Giants' Cam Skattebo gets physical with WWE Judgment Day at Raw

Cam Skattebo has never been afraid to get physical, and that now also includes ringside with WWE stars.

The injured Giants running back got into it with members of The Judgment Day faction during John Cena’s final “Monday Night Raw” appearance at Madison Square Garden on Monday.

In a live segment on the main Netflix broadcast, Judgment Day’s Dominik Mysterio, Finn Balor and JD McDonagh, who are heels, approached comedian Andrew Schultz after losing their six-man tag match to Cena, Sheamus and Rey Mysterio.

Dominik Mysterio taunted Schultz, who was sitting with a group of Giants players that included first-round pick Abdul Carter, while doing a ringside interview, and Skattebo.

“The only good thing that’s coming out of New York City is standing right in front of you,” Mysterio said. “The only champion New York has seen in … can you count, Cam? How many years? He don’t know. He can count.”

Schultz tried to take the mic back and was then shoved by Mysterio. That brought Skattebo, wearing a Rangers jersey, and the rest of the Giants out of their seats. Skattebo, who suffered a season-ending knee injury during Week 8, got in Mysterio’s face, before McDonagh got in the mug of the offensive star.

Skattebo shoved McDonagh to the ground and started a fracas over the railing that included Roy Robertson-Harris in a Yankees jersey swinging at Mysterio and McDonagh.

This is the first time Skattebo has been seen standing on his injured leg since he dislocated his ankle and fractured his fibula against the Eagles.

It marked the second questionable move by an injured Giant in the past two years, after team security escorted Malik Nabers to a Travis Scott concert at MetLife Stadium while he was in concussion protocol last season.

It’s also been a rough week for Carter, who was benched for the first series of the Giants’ loss to the Packers on Sunday. The star rookie was disciplined for missing a walk-through last week while reportedly sleeping in the team facility. Carter denied that, saying he was in “recovery.”

The Giants weren’t the only NFL team represented at Madison Square Garden. Eagles head of security, “Big Dom” DiSandro, and cornerback Cooper DeJean were also sitting ringside. They were booed by the MSG crowd.
