The New York Yankees took a beating up north in Toronto to the Blue Jays, who outscored the Bombers 23-8 through two games of the American League Division Series.

The Yankees enter do-or-die territory in The Bronx for Game 3, much like they were in the wild-card round against the Red Sox.

They’ll turn to starter Carlos Rodon, who will take the mound looking to right the ship for the pinstripes, while the Jays have Shane Bieber scheduled to pitch with a chance to complete the sweep in this best-of-5 series.

First pitch is scheduled for 8:08 p.m. ET.

What our Post expert thinks about Yankees vs. Blue Jays

The Yanks enter Game 3 as -150 favorites with the over/under sitting a 7.5 total runs.

The stark difference in the effectiveness of each side’s starting pitchers in this series is startling. Luis Gil allowed two earned runs on two home runs in just 2 /2/3 innings in Game 1. He was outdone by Max Fried, who allowed seven earned runs in three innings.

Meanwhile, the Jays got great performances from Kevin Gausman and Trey Yesavage. Gausman allowed just one run, and Yesavage didn’t allow a hit in 5 1/3 innings.

The pressure will be on Rodon, who took the mound when the Yankees needed a win against the Red Sox in Game 2 of the wild-card series, and the Yankees’ offense.

The Yankees finally tacked on seven runs late in Game 2 of the ALDS, but they’ll need more to match the firepower of the Blue Jays.
