It has all been such an adventure and a whirlwind, filled with new experiences and challenges, day after day, practice after practice, a first NFL training camp jam-packed with lessons and learning for Jaxson Dart.
He took all that he gleaned and put it to good use, operating at a high level in his first-ever NFL test, a preseason-opening victory for the Giants in Buffalo.
Next, he will get a chance to double-down on that outing when he gets on the field, for the first time, at MetLife Stadium for Saturday night’s game with the Jets.
It remains to be seen how much he will play in that game and how much action he gets five nights later, when the Giants close out their preseason schedule at home against the Patriots.
