The Los Angeles Rams are loading up for a Super Bowl run and pushing all their chips to the middle of the table. The Rams traded edge rusher Jared Verse and a first-round pick to the Browns for Myles Garrett in a shocking trade.
The move had an immediate impact on the Rams’ 2027 Super Bowl odds.
Before the trade, the Rams were the favorites with +800 odds to win the Super Bowl this upcoming season. After the trade, their odds briefly dipped as low as +550 before moving back to +650.

The Rams finished last season 10th in points allowed per game (20.4), eighth in sacks (47), and fifth in takeaways (26), but fell short of a Super Bowl berth in a high-scoring loss to the Seattle Seahawks. They’ve added to their secondary with the Trent McDuffie trade and Jaylen Watson signing in March.
Garrett is among the most decorated players of his generation and is coming off a season in which he won Defensive Player of the Year, made the Pro Bowl, was voted first team All-Pro and broke the NFL single-season sack record with 23.

But winning has eluded the former No. 1 overall pick during his years in Cleveland. In his nine seasons with the Browns, Garrett made the playoffs just twice and lost 10 or more games five times.
Now he joins the reigning MVP, Matt Stafford, and 2017 coach of the year, Sean McVay, on their quest to win a second title in L.A.
