A wellness doctor who allegedly treats WWE wrestlers and employees has withdrawn litigation against a woman suing Vince McMahon for alleged sexual assault and sex trafficking, court records show.

Dr. Carlon Colker filed a motion in court last month seeking evidence from Janel Grant, the former WWE employee who has alleged that McMahon used her as a sex slave and defecated on her head when she worked for the company in a separate federal lawsuit.

The pre-trial petition, which was filed in response to a petition filed by Grant in July, appeared to be a precursor to a defamation lawsuit before it was withdrawn last week, according to a filing in Connecticut Superior Court on Wednesday.

Grant is suing WWE, Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis.

Grant has sought to obtain medical records from Colker as part of evidence to be used in her lawsuit against McMahon, the WWE and John Laurinaitis, a former top WWE executive who is alleged to have also taken part in a series of assaults against her.

McMahon and Laurinaitis have denied the allegations.

“Unsurprisingly, Dr. Colker has withdrawn his baseless motion,” Grant’s attorney Ann Callis said in a statement.

“In the same vein as Mr. McMahon’s recently struck down motion, this was filed simply as yet another frivolous attempt to intimidate Ms. Grant.”

Grant’s petition against Colker remains active.

“Ms. Grant remains steadfast in her right to seeking documents and information relating to her own medical records, meta-data, Dr. Colker’s prescribed treatments, and any communications between Dr. Colker and other parties concerning Ms. Grant or Ms. Grant’s medical treatment,” Callis said.

According to Grant, McMahon directed her to visit Colker’s Greenwich, Conn.-based clinic, Peak Wellness, after she complained of fatigue and insomnia.

On more than 60 occasions, Grant was administered IV infusions and was prescribed supplements and medicine without being told what she was given, she has alleged.

Grant also said that she has attempted to access her medical records from the clinic but has since been denied.

The Post has sought comment from Colker, Peak Wellness and McMahon.

McMahon — who resigned as executive chairman of WWE-parent TKO Group Holdings following Grant’s lawsuit earlier this year — is being investigated by federal authorities over several alleged hush money payments made to women over the course of several years.

In court filings, McMahon alleged that Grant was a willful participant in their sexual trysts.

He claimed Grant would sneak into his penthouse apartment to get in his bed late at night before returning to her place in the same building.

McMahon has also alleged that Grant wrote him love letters and was planning a future together with him. Grant’s reps have denied the claims, saying she was coerced into writing the notes.
