The University of Michigan staffer who is linked to fired Wolverines football coach Sherrone Moore was given a 55% pay rise in the past year, according to public records.
Moore, 39, a married father of three, was fired on Wednesday over an alleged “inappropriate relationship with a staffer” and subsequently arrested following an altercation at an address in Pittsfield Township, Mich.
The staffer, who has not been officially identified, reportedly saw her salary spike from $58,025 in 2024 to $90,000, without any apparent change in job title, according to publicly available figures on college staffer salaries.

Police were called to the apartment complex, where one-bed apartments are available for $1,800 to rent, over a reported assault incident.

Moore is currently being held in Washtenaw County Jail after he was booked at around 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
