Rough week for Aimee Lou Wood.

The “White Lotus” actress, 31, was spotted crying in public on Monday — though she later clarified that her tears weren’t over her drama with “Saturday Night Live.”

Wood broke down in tears while on a walk in South London with “House of the Dragon” actor Ralph Davis, with whom she co-wrote the upcoming BBC series “Film Club.”

Davis consoled Wood by hugging her and letting her rest her head on his chest.

Wood wore a baseball cap to try to hide her face on the emotional outing. The actress also wore a burgundy jacket and blue jeans.

The next day, Wood addressed the pictures of her crying on her Instagram Stories. She shared another supportive fan message that said she was “reduced to tears because of people tearing into their appearance.” The message also called Wood “beautiful” and “an incredibly talented actor,” adding, “Shame on SNL for their cruelty.”

“Thank you so much. Just to say, I actually wasn’t crying about anything that the papers made out I was crying about 😂Something completely unrelated,” Wood wrote alongside the screenshot.

Over the weekend, “SNL” mocked Wood’s teeth in a sketch called “The White Potus” that parodied the hit HBO series and President Donald Trump.

Sarah Sherman wore prosthetic teeth to portray Wood’s character, Chelsea.

Wood later called the spoof “mean and unfunny” on Instagram. She also clarified that she’s not “thin-skinned.”

“I actually love being taken the piss out of when it’s clever and in good spirits,” she said. “I don’t mind caricature — I understand that’s what ‘SNL’ is. But the rest of the skit was punching up and I/Chelsea was the only one punched down on.”

After sharing supportive messages from fans and other celebs like Cara Delevingne, Mick Jagger’s model daughter Georgia May Jagger and Jameela Jamil, Wood revealed that “SNL” apologized to her for the sketch.

Meanwhile, Wood’s co-star Walton Goggins praised the parody, calling it “SMASHING” in a since-deleted Instagram post, following rumors that the two actors had a falling out.

The pair, who played lovers in the third season of the Emmy Award-winning series, don’t follow each other on Instagram. They also didn’t do press together to promote the show.

Additionally, their co-star Jason Isaacs has said in interviews that the cast had “arguments” during filming in Thailand.

“Some people got very close, there were friendships that were made and friendships that were lost,” he told Vulture last month.
