The Sick New World Festival is looking healthier than ever.

For the first time ever, the annual nü-metal extravaganza expanded to a second city. Here’s where and when you can catch both (very loud) all-day events:

Las Vegas, NV
Las Vegas Fairgrounds
Saturday, April, 25

Fort Worth, TX
Texas Motor Speedway
Saturday, Oct. 24

Interestingly enough, both events have similar but not entirely identical lineups.

Just a few of the biggest names set to headline in Sin City include System of a Down, Korn, Evanescence, Acid Bath and Danny Elfman aka Tim Burton’s go-to composer.

Atop the bill in the Panther City are System of a Down along with Slayer (celebrating 40 years of “Reign in Blood”), Deftones, Evanescence and AFI.

In total, the Vegas and Fort Worth jamborees have approximately 50 acts per fest.

This pair of Sick New Worlds come after a disappointing 2025 when the event — which would have featured Metallica, Linkin Park and Queens of the Stone Age — was cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances” according to organizers.

Prior to last year’s non-starter, SNW went off without a hitch in 2023 and ’24 with System of a Down headlining both times.

“While the sheer scope of what Sick New World set out to do was intimidating for the typical festival goer, once you get past the fact that you’re going to 1) do a LOT of walking, and 2) miss a lot of bands (the FOMO is real!), SNW brings together an incredibly diverse lineup of (mostly) heavy bands and is undeniably a damn good time,” New Noise Magazine wrote in a photo-heavy review of the 2024 edition.

Fans Metalheads can purchase tickets for both 2026 Sick New World Festivals on sites like Vivid Seats; the official pre-sale is Oct. 23 for Vegas and Oct. 24 for Fort Worth.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.
