Well, this looks awfully familiar.

For the second straight season, Bo Nix’s Denver Broncos and Josh Allen’s Buffalo Bills are meeting in the playoffs.

On Saturday, Jan. 17, the two elite AFC clubs will go head-to-head in the Divisional Round at Denver’s Empower Field at Mile High.

If you’d like to be there, last-minute tickets are still available on sites like StubHub, Ticketmaster and more.

At the time of publication, our team found that the cheapest seats were going for $462 including fees on Vivid Seats.

100-level seats start at $690.20 including fees on Ticketmaster as well.

As fans may recall, when the Broncos and Bills squared off in January 2025, Denver jumped to an early 7-0 lead in the first quarter before Buffalo ran away and scored 31 unanswered points to win 31-7.

Things are a little bit different this year, though.

Most notably, the Broncos went 14-3, had the best record in the AFC and secured home-field advantage.

In short, they’re a whole different ball club than the one that snuck into the playoffs as the No. 7-seed last year.

“[They’re a] very well-coached team,” Buffalo head coach Sean McDermott said. “I have a lot of respect for coach [Sean] Payton, he’s done it a high level, Super Bowl winning coach.”

McDermott’s Bills come into the game on a high after securing their first road playoff win since 1992. With just 1:04 left on the clock, Allen rushed up the middle to score and secure the 27-24 Wild Card victory over the mighty Jacksonville Jaguars.

Will the experienced Buffalo club — they’ve made the postseason seven years in a row now — win on the road a second straight week? Or can Denver pull off their first playoff victory since 2016?

All we know is the best way to find out is shouting yourself hoarse from the stands.

To make sure you know what’s what, our team has all the details you’re looking for and more about the Denver Broncos vs. Buffalo Bills 2026 AFC Divisional Round game below.

About the Broncos vs. Bills matchup

Although Denver is the No. 1 seed and Buffalo sits at No. 6, the Bills are 1.5-point favorites for this game, according to FanDuel.

Still, Mile High Report writes that this was also the case when the team played the Packers at home earlier this year and ended up winning 34-26 on Dec. 13.

Over the course of the regular season, they beat formidable playoff-bound opponents like the Eagles, Chargers, Texans and Packers as well as the reigning AFC champion Kansas City Chiefs twice.

Buffalo’s win over the 13-4 Jaguars inspired confidence — their defense came up with key turnovers, Allen was clutch, they snapped an opponents’ eight-game win streak for the fourth time since the start of the 2024 season and proved they could win on the road in the postseason — but this will be a tough one to win at Mile High.

We can’t wait.
