Tiger Woods was involved in what’s been described as a rollover crash by the Martin County Sheriff’s office on Friday afternoon in Jupiter Island, Fla., according to an ABC News report.
An update on his condition is not immediately clear. Per a TMZ witness, Woods appeared to be “OK” at the scene after what was described as a two-car crash with no one seriously injured.
Friday’s incident comes days after Woods, 50, made his golf return at the TGL Finals. He last played at the British Open in 2024 and underwent lumbar disk replacement surgery in October. He also had surgery for a ruptured left Achilles last March.
A 15-time major champion, Woods was seriously injured in a 2021 car crash in California that caused multiple fractures to his legs and required immediate surgery.
Years prior, Woods crashed a Cadillac SUV into his Florida neighbor’s tree in the wake of a 2009 cheating scandal that blew up his marriage to Elin Nordegren. She used a golf club to open the car’s windows as the golfer was knocked unconscious.
In 2017, Woods was infamously busted for DUI in Florida.

Sheriff John Budensiek will speak at 5 p.m, according to WPTV.
On Thursday, President Donald Trump revealed in a phone interview with Fox News’ “The Five” that Woods will not partake in The Masters in April.
“I love Tiger, but he won’t be there,” Trump said. “He will be there, but he won’t be playing in it.”
